Vision Towers

This premium-category office building is in the middle of Váci út, one of Budapest’s most popular business districts. This area is currently the city’s largest office market, with the highest rental fees and lowest number of vacant offices. It is no surprise then that the consultancy and business auditing firm KPMG has chosen Futureal’s first Váci út investment as the location for its new Hungarian headquarters.

The facility, designed by the 3H architectural firm, was created as a three-sided fan-shaped building, a spectacular environment in every sense and one that perfectly encapsulates the dynamics of the surrounding traffic intersection. The three towers are all different in height, and each individual facade has its own distinct characteristics, while the rooftop garden, commercial units, unique green architectural solutions and ergonomic and practical interior design, as well as the storage units and car parking areas, all combine to make the space complete. Over the course of our investment, we have also developed new spaces and improved the area for pedestrians.

This ultramodern, Class A office building with architecturally distinctive features has been certified as “outstanding” by the BREEAM rating system. In 2015, it received several prestigious awards, including the FIABCI Award for Excellence and the construction industry Award for Excellence from the National Federation of Hungarian Contractors.
