Corvin ONE

Corvin ONE was built in the first construction phase of the Corvin Promenade and opened in 2008. This building was the start of largest ever office development project in Budapest city centre, the Corvin Quarter.

The largest tenant is software developer EPAM, who house their Hungarian development centre here and provide their staff with a working environment that inspires on many levels.

The Corvin ONE office building is BREEAM certified.

Corvin ONE is a Class A office building, with seven offices and a three-storey car park. The building has two entrances, making it easily accessible from any point of the promenade. The ground floor of Corvin ONE contains an office canteen suitable for several hundred people and a first-class cafe. The office building’s interior garden area gives workers a chance to relax and unwind during working hours.
